Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
User Content
You may submit dream journal entries, day journal entries, and related content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Dream Expert Chat a license to store and process it in order to provide the Service.
Generated Dream Art
Dream art is generated automatically from your dream content using our proprietary system. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is incidental. Generated art is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share dream art externally only with the original Dream Expert Chat branding intact. We reserve the right to refuse to generate or display art from dream content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any law or regulation;
Upload harmful, obscene, or unlawful content;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. Dream Expert Chat does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Expert Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
