Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Dream Chat With Lauri (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the Service and that they accept these Terms on your behalf.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If the account is used by a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor’s activity on the account.

User Content

You may submit dream journal entries, day journal entries, dictated text entries created using device speech-to-text features, and related content (User Content).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Dream Chat With Lauri a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Generated Dream Art

Dream art is generated automatically from User Content using our proprietary systems. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

Generated dream art is provided for personal, non commercial use only. You may share generated dream art externally only if the original Dream Chat With Lauri branding remains intact and unaltered.

We reserve the right to refuse to generate, display, or store content or dream art that is sexual, violent, hateful, exploitative, involves minors in inappropriate contexts, promotes self harm, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, obscene, or abusive content
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, or misuse the Service or its systems

The Service is provided for entertainment and self reflection purposes only. Dream Chat With Lauri does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability
